Hi, I’m Katie Wasserstrom—founder of Elevate Your Business. I help small business owners move from overwhelmed to in control by building the financial clarity and operational systems needed for sustainable growth.

I started my career in corporate finance, where I managed budgets, cash flow forecasting, regulatory compliance, and large-scale projects across industries like financial services and consumer goods. Over the years, I saw a common thread: even the smartest, most driven leaders hit a wall when their businesses started to grow—because the behind-the-scenes systems hadn’t kept up.

Now, I work directly with business owners who are ready to scale, helping them answer questions like:

  • How do I build systems my team can actually follow?

  • What financial decisions do I need to make before hiring or expanding?

 

My mission is to make the backend of your business just as strong as the front. I collaborate closely with CPAs and legal advisors to help you build a business that’s not only thriving today—but ready for what’s next.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m raising two daughters with my husband, traveling when we can, and cheering from the sidelines of whatever sport our kids are into this month (right now, it’s soccer).
