Hi, I’m Katie Wasserstrom—founder of Elevate Your Business. I help small business owners move from overwhelmed to in control by building the financial clarity and operational systems needed for sustainable growth.

I started my career in corporate finance, where I managed budgets, cash flow forecasting, regulatory compliance, and large-scale projects across industries like financial services and consumer goods. Over the years, I saw a common thread: even the smartest, most driven leaders hit a wall when their businesses started to grow—because the behind-the-scenes systems hadn’t kept up.
